‘Soft Landing’ Saturday Mini Retreat
Treat yourself to some TLC on a Saturday afternoon.
This mini retreat is about restful time to move your body, soothe your nervous system and have some spaciousness. Gentle yoga will unwind physical aches and tiredness (no previous experience needed).
Journaling and listening partnerships (sharing in pairs) will give you chance to check-in with how you’re feeling. Somatic practices will give you tools to support your nervous system. Finish with a yoga nidra practice to recharge for the rest of the weekend. And did we mention healthy, delicious treats?!
