Most of my Yoga Nidra recordings are between 15-20 mins long as this is optimal for resting and recharging but not feeling groggy when you come out.
Do NOT listen to these tracks when driving.
Make sure you will be warm enough as your body temperature can drop during the practice.
This relaxation leaves you asleep so please set an alarm if you need to be somewhere at a certain time!
