Yoga Nidra & Circle Holding Training
Create your own trauma-informed yoga nidras
A unique experiential course
The Yoga Nidra and Circle Holding training enables you to create your own yoga nidra using a trauma-informed approach, rather than learning how to deliver set scripts well. Over the weeks, you will practice the different components of a yoga nidra and how to deliver different length relaxations to your chosen population (e.g. pregnant students, children). The circle holding is modelled through the training itself allowing you to add another skill, but importantly, to hold the yoga nidra facilitation safely.
This training has the best of homework ever! Listening to a wide range of yoga nidras so that you can be inspired to find your own unique approach.

Who is this course for?
You do not need to be a yoga teacher to attend this training as the skills of delivering a yoga nidra practice stand alone.
There have been sound therapists, coaches, counsellors, psychotherapists, breathwork teachers, sleep coaches, and an occupational therapist on the training as well as yoga teachers.
The most important qualities to bring are a willingness to take part and a curiosity to see where these skills can take you!
“I would highly recommend this training to anyone whether you are a beginner to Yoga Nidra or have some previous experience. This course gives you the freedom to develop your own practice in delivering Yoga Nidra and circle skills with confidence and with a supportive group to experiment.
All stages of Yoga Nidra are covered and you are left with the confidence to safely deliver this practice to your students.”
