Yoga Nidra Training

Create your own trauma-informed yoga nidra

A unique course through the Yoga Teachers Forum with Julia Davis and myself.

The Yoga Nidra and Circle Holding training enables you to create your own yoga nidra using a trauma-informed approach, rather than having to use set scripts or styles. Over the weeks, you will practice the different components of a yoga nidra and how to deliver different length relaxations to your chosen population (e.g. pregnant students, children). The circle holding is modelled through the training itself allowing you to add another skill, but importantly hold the yoga nidra facilitation safely.

This training has the best of homework ever! Listening to a wide range of yoga nidras so that you can be inspired to find your own unique approach.
