Yoga Brunch

Treat yourself to yoga, yoga nidra relaxation with sound & a delicious brunch

10-12.30pm, Caversham

Join me for this sumptuous morning with yoga (1 hour) to ease away the week’s stresses and aches, then a longer yoga nidra to completely switch off and rejuvenate. Nourishing vegetarian food for a wonderful finish to the event.

This will be a nourishing morning and you don't need any previous yoga experience or to have a 'yoga body'.  

The venue is right next to the River Thames and if the weather is agreeable, you can eat brunch on the terrace (Reading Canoe Club, The Warren, Caversham).

If you’re rushing from one thing to the next, this morning will provide an oasis of space and me-time. Nourishment through yoga, connection & delish food.
