Tessa is a well-respected Yoga teacher and trainer, with more than 20 years of experience. She has created relaxations for a wide range of businesses including for:

  • a divorce doula wanting to support her stressed clients,

  • for a homeopath specialising in pelvic health issues and

  • a menstrual educator for her online course participants.

Tessa has designed and recorded yoga videos (sometimes also including functional movement, hypopressives, breathwork) for businesses for:

  • antenatal courses (Tessa specialises in sharing biomechanics for birth and pelvic balance)

  • pelvic health recovery, including incontinence and prolapse

  • mother and baby wellness

  • self-care during puberty and adolescence

In safe hands

Tessa trains other professionals to deliver yoga nidra relaxations. She has completed Yoga for Trauma training with multiple organisations so that the tracks are going to be as safe AND beneficial as possible.

Where applicable, she can utilise techniques such as bilateral stimulation which research has shown to reduce the flight and fight stress response.

From Tessa’s website, you can see her areas of expertise, including, but not limited to Women’s Health (puberty, pregnancy & birth, perimenopause), Pelvic Health (including incontinency, any gender) and Yoga for Trauma. She also runs trainings in Circle Facilitation and can create relaxations and yoga videos for your circle or circle course.

How it works

Tessa will liaise with you via an initial meeting (via Zoom) to discover your intention for this special resource and what she needs to know about this individual or group of clients.

She will then design the resource and check in with you about the plans before recording. For a relaxation track, you can decide whether you wish to have instruments such as singing bowls or music included.

Tessa then records the resource and transfers it to you for your use. A relaxation track will be provided in MP3 format so that it can be played on any device. Captions can be added to a video where helpful.

For businesses, it can be arranged for Tessa to sign over the intellectual property rights to the resource so that it can be used in their own evergreen programmes or courses for a higher fee.

It is impossible to give a cost here as it depends on the length and specificity of the resource required, but Tessa aims to make it affordable. She recommends 15-20 min in length for yoga nidras.
