Elevate your practice: Multidisciplinary Reflective Circle for Female Professionals
Are you a dedicated women’s health professional who works deeply to support other women?
Are you a movement teacher (PT, pregnancy/ postnatal yoga or pilates teacher), practitioner (physio, chiropractor, doula), counsellor, coach, therapist or similar professional supports other women with your heart and soul?
While your work is incredibly rewarding,
it can also be isolating. You hold space for others, but who holds space for you? Perhaps 121 supervision is a requirement of your profession, but this intentional space is about being held in a group of professionals from different disciplines.
The core themes you face – burnout, boundaries, holding complex emotion, advocacy, self-care and professional growth – transcend single-modality definitions. We can find ourselves in a silo of thinking within our own profession and hearing from other perspectives brings a new depth to your practice.

Introducing the ‘Women Who Work with Women’ (5W) Reflective Circle
Multidisciplinary Insight: Reflect on your professional and personal challenges with women from complementary fields. Gain fresh perspectives that a single-discipline approach can’t offer.
Meaningful Reflection: Dedicated time to reflect on the big themes of your work – from setting sustainable boundaries and goals, to managing compassion fatigue, to navigating ethical dilemmas AND celebrating professional successes.
Confidential & Respectful Space: We uphold confidentiality and mutual respect as our non-negotiable core values. This is an intentional space where you can be vulnerable about the challenges of the work that you do and learn from each other.
Sustainable Self-Care: By consistently making space for reflective practice, you build resilience against burnout and ensure you’re showing up for your clients (and yourself) as your most regulated and brilliant self.
How It Works
Format: A structured, supportive 1.5 hour monthly session via video conference (Zoom) with maximum 5 members (not recorded)
Focus: Focused reflection on professional themes and the personal issues (such as childcare or perimenopause) that affect our ability to show up for your clients. This is not a networking call, but a space to address deeper themes.
Core values: Confidentiality, Respect, Intentional Support (rather than fixing).

What people are saying…
Tessa’s gentle, confident energy is a joy to experience. So inspiring to meet and listen to a wonderful group of creative women. I realised how little support I had given to myself for such a long time. ~SS
Women need more spaces to be seen and witnessed. Also taking away the insights and wisdom of powerful women. Thank you so much for holding such a special and sacred space. From the moment I arrived, I felt so held and welcomed. ~KV
I’m always so happy to meet great women and deepen my understanding of myself in relation to others. I took away that others are willing to see me, to be brave, I can be held and hold others. You have enriched my life! ~JH
